Victoria Villa Beauty provides professional makeup and hairstyling services for weddings, special events, and individual clients. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Details regarding services, pricing, travel, timelines, and inclusions will be outlined in your custom proposal and contract.

Booking, Contracts & Payments
    • All bookings are managed through HoneyBook, our secure client management platform.
    • A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your date and time.
    • Dates are not secured until both the contract and retainer are received.
    • Remaining balances are due as outlined in your contract and must be paid in full prior to services being rendered.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

Retainers & Refunds
    • All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Payments made are for the reservation of time, talent, and availability, not solely for services rendered.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or changes in event details once booked.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
    • Client-initiated cancellations forfeit all payments made.
    • Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and approval and may require a new contract and retainer.
    • Victoria Villa Beauty reserves the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond control (including illness, emergency, or unsafe conditions). In such cases, all payments excluding the retainer will be refunded, or a replacement artist may be offered when possible.

Travel & Destination Services
    • Travel fees apply for locations outside the Houston metropolitan area and for destination events.
    • Destination bookings may require airfare, accommodations, ground transportation, and per diem, as outlined in your proposal.
    • Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable working conditions at all service locations.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
    • Provide accurate event details, timelines, and location information
    • Ensure adequate space, lighting, and access for services
    • Communicate any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the event

Victoria Villa Beauty is not responsible for delays or service limitations caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

Satisfaction & Artistic Style

By booking Victoria Villa Beauty, clients acknowledge familiarity with the artist’s portfolio, style, and aesthetic.

Makeup and hair services are subjective and artistic in nature. Refunds will not be issued based on personal preference or dissatisfaction once services have been completed.

Photography & Media Usage

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Victoria Villa Beauty reserves the right to photograph or record completed work for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.
Client privacy is always respected, and no identifying information will be shared without consent.

    • Allergic reactions or sensitivities not disclosed prior to services
